Crossroads Inn & Suites

Clean, well-maintained no frills hotel. The rooms were well furnished and had a balcony, ample parking, staff were helpful and daily room service. The location isn't the best, it's a 15-minute drive from St. John's proper, but there's a gas station and store outside. Also, no breakfast - just complimentary muffins and coffee/tea in the lobby. It's great for the price but not sure why Google Maps describes it as a 4-star hotel (it isn't).

Decent spot. Good price, good location, everything was clean and tidy when I stayed during my roadtrip.

Newer hotel in the suburbs with reasonable prices (search online for the best price). Large rooms with kitchen and dining area. Rooms on ground floor have direct access to the parking area through a private door. Would stay here again. Staff could be friendlier. The "breakfast" is just coffee and muffins. Go into town and have breakfast at one of the many excellent cafés there. Washer and dryer were down while I was there.

This hotel always exceeds our expectations with its prime, convenient location, exceptional service, and immaculately clean rooms, all offered at a remarkably affordable price. Combination of quality amenities and value for money always makes our stay perfect.

Very clean, cozy and comfortable. These are 3 words to best describe this Inn. The customer service is both friendly and polite. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience! The hotel is located in a very convenient area so it was easy to get to St. John’s or head up north to explore the rest of Newfoundland. Close to the highway as well. The staff were super friendly and kind. We were checked in and out by George who was very nice and accommodating. Even when we asked for extra towels or water, we received it right away from the housekeeping staff. The rooms themselves were very spacious, however there was a slight smell in the washroom and room. It wasn’t too bad once we let the room air out and we bought an air freshener to keep the smell at bay. Otherwise, they were clean and room service was done daily. I would come stay here again for sure!

Location is great, only minutes away from the Trans Canada Highway. There is a store next to the Inn, for groceries, snacks and beer. The room is spacious with a fridge, stove, microwave and a 5 foot fridge. Bathroom has sink, toilet and shower. Staff attend the room daily. The inn is kept very clean.

unfortunately, i had to cancel my trip due to the wildfires, but i wanted to still give them a shoutout for their really easy and flexible cancellation policy. hope to come back in the future!

Very clean rooms and had a fantastic sleep with no noise from other guests. A working Keurig and coffee supplies in the room with a small fridge.... which was working properly. Comfy beds! No complaints whatsoever. Ample parking. Close to gas station and other amenities and they do offer a coffee and muffin complimentary breakfast if you choose. I stayed in a pet friendly room and was pleased there were no "leftover" odors from the precious furry guest. I will stay again for sure. Check in and out were hassle free with professional and friendly staff. Thanks for a great stay!
